I have a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients, from those simply trying to exercise more & be healthier, all the way through to elite athletes. I love trying to truly help and understand my clients and their lives, as I feel this is key to maximising the effectiveness & enjoyment of our work together.I also have a BA in Sport Exercise & Physical Activity and I am currently a Professional Footballer, which means that I am able to help athletes, young & old, to enhance their performance.

Christine Powell
Fully qualified Personal Trainer, Martial Arts Instructor and Nutrition Advisor.I believe that natural movement is the key to improve stability and strength across the entire body. Body weight exercises, core stability, kettlebell training, cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and flexibility, are performed in most clients programs because they can be used at all levels and abilities and based upon your aims and goals.Workouts should be challenging, fun and completely specific to you. I combine high intensity workout and basics, nutritional education with the motivation you need to reach your goals as fast as possible and maintain long term results.I will make you work hard and ensure you get the results you are looking for. I am coach with a genuine passion for helping people, and a diverse background working in a variety of environments – including professional football clubs, commercial gyms, schools and colleges, and physio practices. I love to work with people who are new to the gym to build their confidence and ability, as well as experienced individuals looking to excel in their sport.

Olly is a sports physiotherapist with over ten years of experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, including elite athletes. He has a robust background in sports physiotherapy from working with multiple Premier League Football Clubs and the Armed Forces.Olly offers specialised care and guidance to help athletes and active individuals achieve optimal performance and rehabilitation to return to their sports and passions.
